STEM Exploration (Incoming 1st-2nd) Material Fee $35
Get ready for a class filled with exploration, creativity, and loads of hands-on! Designed for curious children who love to tinker and discover, each week we’ll dive into exciting new themes that bring science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to life.
Week 1: Solar Energy Adventures
Kick things off by exploring the power of the sun! Kids will design and build their very own solar cars and create solar ovens. It’s all about harnessing energy in a fun way while learning how solar power can drive innovation!
Week 2: Electric Circuit Explorations
Let’s get charged up! In our second week, we will dive into the world of electric circuits. They’ll experiment with wiring and learn how to create their own simple circuits.
Week 3: Chemical Change Discoveries
Week three is all about the science of change! Individuals will engage in fun experiments that showcase chemical reactions. From fizzing reactions to color changes, they’ll get to see firsthand how science is all around us—and sometimes a little messy!
Week 4: Energy in Motion
To wrap things up, we’ll explore the concepts of potential and kinetic energy. Kids will participate in thrilling activities that demonstrate how energy works in the world around us, including building their own roller coaster and bouncy ball to see energy in action.

Math Blasters (Incoming 2nd-3rd) Material Fee $20
Students will practice critical foundational math strategies to strengthen their computation skills as well as learning to explain to demonstrate mastery. Manipulatives are used where necessary. Instruction will be differentiated to help all students grow where they are ready! Assessments will be given to track growth!

Tennis (Incoming 3rd - 8th grade - Intermediate to Advanced) Material Fee $15
Highest level of instruction specifically designed to help children reach their fullest potential on the court. Players will learn to compete and win through advanced strategy in singles and doubles. This class will build the confidence in each player's tennis game, through match play, while engaging in a wide variety of effective games and competitive situations.

Varsity Math (Incoming 5th) Material Fee $15
This math class will help ease your child to a smooth transition to fifth grade math. The class is designed to make it possible for students to receive instruction in and have the ability to perform basic mathematical functions and problem-solving in the areas of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and geometry.

The History of Rock & Roll (Incoming 5th-8th) Material Fee $20
Where did it all begin? That's up for debate. One thing for certain - Rock and Roll has given the world extraordinary music, inspiring poetry, moving ballads, "Fun, Fun, Fun" - and is a testament to the God given right of freedom of expression. We'll listen a lot, we'll read some, and maybe we'll even write and play our own rocker.

Discovering Amazing Artists (6th-8th) Materials Fee: $60
In this art program students will establish self-confidence and will develop aesthetic judgement through analyzing and creating art. Students will explore and experiment with different elements of art (line, shape, color, texture, pattern, space, etc.) Students will evaluate the work of famous artists and will communicate responses to their art, like an art enthusiast. Additionally, students will recreate the works of the Great Masters themselves (Georgia O'Keeffe, Monet, Andy Warhol, Pablo Picasso, etc.). Students will tie personal and cultural experiences with the art pieces they create giving them individuality.

Coding (Incoming 5th-8th) Material Fee $20
We will use a couple different websites (mainly code.org, scratch.mit.edu) to learn about and practice our coding skills. Some of the basic concepts of coding that we will learn about are, sequences, loops, and events. We will create our own projects and by the end of the summer be able to share it with our friends and family.

Outdoor Fun and Games (Incoming 3rd - 5th Grade) Material Fee $15
This course will allow students to have fun outdoors while working on their:
- Gross Motor Skills: to help build strength, flexibility, and agility
- Cognitive Skills: to help coordinate their body movements and brain synapses
- Social Development and Attention Span
